My Desire to be Healthier

I have spent the last several months positioning myself for my new healthy life.
This is just the beginning.

 

A Healthy Les 
When: April 16 through August 20, 2012 (90 days excluding weekends)

Daily Affirmation:
My Love For Myself Drives My Desire to Be Healthier.

Daily Goals:                                                                                      Days That I Met My Goals:
1. at least 15 10 cups of water each day                                                70/90
2. take my Vitamin each day                                                                   30/90
3. at least 15 Minutes Prayer/Meditation Each Day                        50/90
4. at least 30 minutes of cardio each day                                            56/90


Please note: I did not use weight as a metric to gage my success with this personal challenge. However, I have been weighing myself weekly . I lost 28 pounds. To continue following this part of my journey, check out the Healthy Me updates.
